Specialist areasNina specializes in patents in the field of mechanics. She advises clients in questions relating to patent strategy and works with all kinds of patent issues, such as pre-studies, the drafting of patent applications, infringements and validity. She also has experience of conducting oral proceedings before the EPO.
Nina is currently serving as a technical expert to the Stockholm District Court and the Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm in patent-related cases.
