Specialist areas
Claus is a specialist in Danish trademarks, Community trademarks and international Madrid Protocol registrations. In working with different types of trademark issues, he advises clients in relation to trademark strategies, including negotiations and contracts, pre-searching, conflicts and assignment strategies. He further handles cases relating to product counterfeiting and trademark piracy cases. Together with a group of colleagues, he also has a special assignment to develop Awapatent’s relationships with IP firms and industry in China.
