That’s why we regularly are looking to recruit qualified engineers or people with a similar background, with at least three years’ experience of IP work. Maybe you also have parts or all of your EQE. And, of course, experience from a research environment is always a merit, particularly if you hold a doctorate.
We are also regularly looking for attorneys at law with experience of IP work. You will, of course, have a degree in law and have served as a law clerk with a district court. You will also have a few years’ experience of working with legal issues, preferably in a law firm or a corporate legal department, and ideally with contract law and procedural law. Furthermore, you will be accustomed to conducting negotiations and court proceedings and to pursuing legal cases on your own.
